The Derbyshire Cricket Foundation (DCF) is delighted to announce the appointment of Stefanie White as its new Business Development Manager, a key role that will support the organisation’s continued growth and ambition to make cricket a game for everyone.

Stefanie joins the Foundation at an exciting time, as DCF continues to deliver its 2026–2030 strategy, "A Game for Everyone”, focused on widening participation, improving access and inclusion, and strengthening long-term sustainability across Derbyshire.

Driving Growth Through Partnerships and Fundraising

In her new role, Stefanie will lead on developing and securing new partnerships, funding streams, and investment opportunities to support the Foundation’s programmes and community impact. This includes building relationships with corporate partners, trusts and foundations, and key stakeholders across the county.

The role is central to diversifying income and enabling the Foundation to expand its reach—helping more people access cricket and benefit from its positive impact on health, wellbeing, and community connection.

Extensive Experience in Sport, Partnerships and Community Impact

Stefanie brings significant experience in business development, partnerships and fundraising within the sport and charity sector.

Her previous roles include a senior leadership role at Burton Albion Community Trust, In this role, she led on corporate partnerships, developed and delivered income-generating initiatives, and managed fundraising events and programmes that supported community impact.

Prior to this, Stefanie spent several years at MK Dons Sport and Education Trust as Business Development, Events and Fundraising Manager, where she managed partnerships, led large-scale fundraising events, and oversaw marketing and promotional activity. She also played a key role in developing strategies to deliver organisational business plans and maximise income generation.

Across both roles, Stefanie demonstrated a strong track record of building meaningful partnerships, creating innovative fundraising opportunities, and delivering impactful community programmes aligned to organisational goals.
