Professional Background
Pradhumn is a senior digital operations leader with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale digital manufacturing, engineering, and enterprise transformations. His career has been built within safety-critical and highly regulated environments, including Aerospace, Telecoms, and Financial Services. He has held significant leadership roles at organisations such as Rolls-Royce, British Telecom, and BJSS, where he was responsible for leading multi-site teams and embedding high-performing cultures. Pradhumn holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield and is a certified expert in Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
Why did you become a Trustee?
Pradhumn joined the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation (DCF) to give back to the local community by combining his professional governance expertise with his passion for grassroots cricket. His motivation is deeply personal, rooted in his lived experience as a Coach for the HCWS CC Women's team and his past work as a safeguarding officer. Having seen how sport can empower individuals, he is committed to ensuring that the Federation remains a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for everyone. His appointment to the Safeguarding role allows him to apply his professional focus on "zero-defect" safety standards to the protection of all members.
How you believe you can support the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation to achieve its aims and objectives?
Pradhumn brings a vast amount of experience in digital transformation, having successfully led multimillion-pound programmes that modernise operations and improve delivery performance. He can support the Foundation by translating complex digital strategies into measurable outcomes that improve efficiency and widen the organisation's reach. His expertise in scaling modern delivery models, such as Agile and OKRs, will help the Foundation align its execution with its long-term strategic goals. Furthermore, his background in cloud-native platforms and data-driven decision-making ensures that the Foundation can adopt resilient and scalable digital systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety and governance.
