Cricket Development Officer - Young People
My Job Role:
I'm responsible for the delivery of the DCF's Young Peoples Operational Plan, in collaboration with the Young People development team. I will be proactive in providing opportunities for young people to engage with cricket, ensuring cricket is inclusive and accessible in all areas of the county. My role includes being the Early Engagement Programme Boys Lead, MCC Foundation Boys Lead and Street Cricket Lead.
Why did you want to work at Derbyshire Cricket Foundation?
Cricket has always been my passion and I was eager to become a coach and work within the County.
How do you believe you can help the DCF to achieve its aims and objectives?
I believe I can help by sharing my enthusiasm and passion of the sport to others.
