Here at Derbyshire Cricket Foundation, I work as the Business Support Officer.
Why did you want to work at the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation?
Having already interacted with several members of the DCF team, I knew it would be a great team to be part of because of their passion and commitment to making sure cricket is a game for everyone.
How do you believe you can help the DCF to achieve its aims and objectives?
My aim is to support the team so they can do what they need to do to make cricket as accessible as possible for everyone. I believe I can support the DCF by bringing strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills to the role. I am committed to delivering work to a high standard, building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
