Women's and Girls Cricket Development Coach
My Job Role:
I work as a Women's and Girls' Cricket Development Coach.
Why did you want to work at Derbyshire Cricket Foundation?
I’ve been playing cricket all my life, and growing up as a girl in a male-dominated sport, I wanted to work with the DCF to help create and be part of opportunities for women and girls to thrive in cricket.
How do you believe you can help the DCF to achieve its aims and objectives?
I think I can help the DCF achieve its aims and objectives by helping strive for growth in the women’s and girls' sectors and making cricket more accessible and available to more people.
